Shops, restaurants, cinemas and museums are accessible in just a few minutes. “Residents will benefit from the best of both worlds: a very private home just five minutes from the action,” says René Bellerive, President of Kevlar.

This residential haven of peace also provides access to shared areas. The second floor of the building will have several common areas (swimming pool, patio and outdoor gardens), inviting residents to meet in a friendly and elegant atmosphere. 

With the launch taking place October 4, 2018, and move in being planned for the fall of 2019, sales are going well. Given the high quality of the residences and their large surface area (from 1,200 sq. ft. to 3,000  sq. ft.), developers don’t expect to deal with first-time buyers. “The same philosophy is behind all Kevlar’s projects: Rethink real estate. With SAX sur le Fleuve, this is especially true. I think we’ve found a formula that corresponds perfectly to the sector’s needs,” concludes Morin.
