The 32nd annual Palm Beach International Boat Show took place from March 23 to 26 2017 on the beautiful Flagler Drive waterfront in downtown West Palm Beach. One of the 10 top nautical events in the world, this boat show features each year magnificent yachts measuring up to 300 feet in length and hundreds of boats of all sizes.

Among the prestigious builders represented at this yeah’s event were Amels, Feadship, Heesen, Moonen, and Palumbo.

“Palm Beach attracts an affluent audience of boat and yacht owners who typically do not visit the shows in Fort Lauderdale or Miami Beach. Palm Beach is their show of choice,” says Andrew Doole, Senior Vice President and COO of Show Management, the company that manages and produces the show.

The Palm Beach show is exceptional in terms of the number of large yacht sales transactions that take place during the show, adds Doole.

Besides a large selection of boats and exhibitors, the show featured recreational and educational activities ranging from free fishing courses provided by Hook The Future to seminars organized by the IGFA School of Sportfishing to boat handling lessons. Visitors also enjoyed the friendly atmosphere created by on-site musicians and the always much appreciated floating refreshment areas. According to its organizers, this 32nd edition was a real success, which they hope to be able to replicate next year.
